Introduction:
C45 coater is a high-precision automatic coating machine with spot coating function which is suitable for primer coating or varnishing on tinplate, aluminum and other metal sheets. It is one of the necessary equipment for metal decorating company.
Coating roller and impression cylinder are driven by a single converter motor
The rubber rollers are connected with stub shaft, which is convenient for replacement
The timing position of rubber roller could be adjusted without stop machine. Adjustment range ±11mm
The coating filmweight could be adjusted without stop machine. It can be adjust each single side or both side together.
All clutches are driven by pneumatic cylinders with simple structure and reliable operation.
The double blade system ensure no coating on back side of sheet.
Pressure of blade is adjustable, which is easy to operate.
Front gripper and side guage for positioning with high precision spot coating.
Synchronization between Feeder and Coater could be adjusted electrically without stopping, high efficient.
Pusher drives coupled with electromagnetic clutch. Synchronous adjustment is very convenient.
